Questions people ask
What do I need to get started?
A company name and an email address. Add your machines, sites, operators and vehicles, set your rates, and you can capture your first rental the same day.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You get 14 days to try everything, with no card. Whatever you captured is kept if you carry on.
What happens when a rate changes?
You add the new rate with the date it starts. Rentals that started before that date keep the old rate. Nothing is ever overwritten, so your past figures stay right.
Can I give my staff access without showing them everything?
Yes. The owner and Admins invite people by email and choose a role for each. Operators capture rentals and consumables. Viewers can only look and export. Only the owner and Admins see company settings and billing.
Is my company's data safe from other companies?
Each company's information is kept completely separate. People in one company can never see another company's machines, rentals or figures.
What if we stop paying?
Your company goes to view only for 30 days, so you can still look at and export everything, and you get reminder emails. After that it is locked until you pay, and reactivating brings everything back. Data is only deleted after 6 months of being locked, with warnings before that.
Is this an accounting or invoicing system?
No. It is a costing tool that tells you what your machines earn and cost. It does not replace your accounting package.
